Cambria Universal Behaviour Expectations

These expectations are for all members of the Coleg Cambria community. This includes learners, collegues, visitors, business partners, any anyone else who engages with us.

I am ready to learn, support, grow and succeed, to live up to our values of innovation and improvement.

This includes:

  • Attending and arriving on time for all commitments, maximising opportunity to succeed.
  • Bringing the right equipment and mindset needed to actively participate and collaborate.
  • Being personally ready for the day ahead, and remaining open to support and guidance when it is offered.

I respect myself, my peers and my environment, to live up to our values of inclusivity and integrity.

This includes:

  • Communicating respectfully, kindly and openly with all to build trust and positive relationships.
  • Treating our college environment and facilities with care, promoting sustainability and a welcoming site.
  • Respecting others identities, views and beliefs; even when they differ from our own.

I take responsibility for my actions and the safety of all, to live up to our values of inspiration.

This includes:

  • Following the rules of our environment I’m in, including visibly wearing an ID card to keep our sites secure.
  • Looking out for one another by immediately reporting any safety or safeguarding concerns to the appropriate people.
  • Behaving professionally and appropriately, ensuring our actions never put ourselves or others at risk of harm.
